My Philosophy:

Living a satisfying, healthy and happier life is obtainable for all. Balancing work, family, marriage or a partnership can bring tremendous challenges for many reasons, some we can understand and others we have no idea where to begin. I believe that every problem can be solved, however, it may not be how we envisioned. As a therapist, I am not here to “fix” anyone, but I am here to help individuals, families, and couples learn how to manage their life and relationships in a more positive, effective way. So much of that lies in understanding yourself and what makes you do what you do. I believe that forgiveness, compassion, personal responsibility and acceptance is key to managing life’s challenges whether past or present. Counseling is a place where you can be yourself and look at parts of you that are difficult to face with someone who is non-judgmental, objective and can guide you through your journey of self-discovery and self-fulfillment.
